What we're looking for

You've edited short-form video before. Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, the platform doesn't matter, the instinct transfers.
You can turn videos around fast. This is volume work, not one perfect cut a month.
You're comfortable in Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, Final Cut, whatever gets it done.
You work without hand-holding. We give you the footage and the goal, not a shot list.

Pay and hours

Starting rate

USD 5 to 10/ hr

Based on experience. Your rate climbs as you prove yourself: more videos shipped, more consistency, more pay. You set your hours: 5 a week or 40, your call.
